Britney also signed a basic rights agreement for the jukebox music Once Upon a One More Time, meaning she can receive revenue from ticket sales, as well as touring and licensing.

The prenup said Sam was entitled to “$1 million every two years” of their marriage, with a $10 million cap after 15 years US Weekly.
According to court documents, Asghari is asking the millionaire for spousal support and his legal fees, but the marriage is unlikely to be denied.
Sam has also reportedly renounced any claims to Britney’s music collection and his name is not listed on the deeds of their shared home in Thousand Oaks, California.

Asghari’s attorney, Neal Hersh, said things have yet to be worked out about her finances – despite her “iron-clad” prenuptial agreement protecting the singer’s premarital assets.
‘[Sam] has yet to determine the full nature and extent of each party’s assets and liabilities,” Hersh wrote.
“There are various community and quasi-community assets and liabilities, the full nature and extent of which are unknown.” [Sam] at this time.’
A source told the outlet that the prenup is unlikely to be thrown out and that it’s more likely that “Britney will write a check to Sam and that’ll be the end of it.”
