Abbie Chatfield reveals the one topic even she feels is too taboo: “I don’t think it’s anyone’s business.”
Abbie Chatfield is tired of people talking about her body.
The radio and TV star, who recently lost weight amid a very busy work schedule, said she’s often contacted by fans on Instagram who ask her why she’s slimmed down.
“I don’t think it’s anyone’s business why someone lost weight unless they say it themselves without being asked. It doesn’t affect anyone else,” said The Daily Telegraph.

“People on Instagram like to tell me when my own body changes, like I don’t have a mirror.”
She insisted she was very healthy and that weight loss doesn’t always come from just changing diet and exercise regimen.
“Weight loss happens because of a variety of things… I’m very, very proud of my relationship with food and exercise,” she said.

“I don’t think it’s anyone’s business why someone lost weight unless they say it themselves without being asked. It doesn’t affect anyone else,” said The Daily Telegraph
During Abbie’s popular It’s A Lot podcast last year, she explained that stress makes her lose her appetite.
“I have a really hard time eating,” she said.
“I have trouble finding time to eat, and when I do find time to eat, I have a really hard time chewing and swallowing food. ‘
Abbie has been open about her physical struggles in the past, telling Stellar that she used to “analyze” her own body.
“I used to wake up every day between the ages of 13 and 24 and analyze my body,” she admitted.

During Abbie’s popular It’s A Lot podcast last year, Abbie explained that stress makes her lose her appetite
“I don’t think about it anymore. Maybe growing up and not caring what other people think is a confidence thing. It’s quite a relief.
Abbie before Yahoo Lifestyle, being positive wasn’t always easy.
“I think I grew up around the time Mischa Barton is on the cover [of magazines] — I think that’s what led to a lot of eating disorder tendencies,” she told the publication.
