Actor Jonathan Majors called his girlfriend on 911 before he was arrested, lawyers claim

Jonathan Majors called 911 before being arrested for assault and molestation after his girlfriend had a mental health issue, his lawyer claims.
The actor’s girlfriend, whose name has not been released, used physical violence against Majors during Saturday morning’s incident, according to the news.
In the lyrics, she describes herself as an aggressor and says she hopes the Creed III actor won’t be prosecuted.
Majors’ lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, told DailyMail.com in a statement that Majors “completely denies assaulting the woman” and that he called 911 out of concern for the mental health of the woman.’
“Police, as usual, came with the paramedics and arrested Mr. Majors under NYPD protocol that calls for an arrest under certain circumstances,” she said. ‘That same day, just 7 and 9 hours later, the woman sent text messages to Mr Majors admitting that she was the one who used physical violence against him.
“She also denied any allegations that he did anything to her and confirmed that Mr Majors called 911 about her mental condition. It’s those messages redacting the woman’s name for her privacy.’

The texts sent to Creed III actor Jonathan Majors by Majors’ girlfriend on Saturday after the alleged incident
Before news of the alleged attack broke, Majors had texted his girlfriend around 8:58 a.m. Saturday morning, asking, “Did you get the text?”
She didn’t respond to his message until 6pm – almost 9 hours later – and by that time Majors had already been arrested in New York for assault for allegedly hitting his girlfriend in a vehicle.
The friend wrote: “Please let me know when you get this. You assured me that you will not be charged.
“They said they had to arrest you for the record when they saw the injuries on me and knew we had a fight.”
“I’m so angry they did it. And I’m sorry you’re in this position. Will make sure nothing happens.”
“I told them it was my fault for trying to grab your phone…” I just got out of the hospital…just give me a call when you’re not around.
The actor didn’t respond.
A few hours later, around 9:30 p.m., she texted Majors again, telling him that she had spoken to officers again.
In the text, she wrote, in part, “reiterated that this was not an assault and you have my blessing on all charges.”
Majors is at the peak of his career. The Marvel actor recently starred in Creed III and Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantomania. He was also involved in an ambitious new recruiting campaign with the US Army, released in March.
After news broke of alleged misconduct by the majors, the Army temporarily pulled the plug on the campaign and issued a statement that it had done so “deeply concerned by the allegations” and his recent arrest.
The statement went on to say that while Majors “is innocent until proven guilty, prudence dictates that we withdraw our charges pending the investigation of these allegations.”
