“Today is World Mental Health Day.” I just want to shout out to everyone that there are many of us who suffer from anxiety depression and many things happen in our lives that we struggle with mentally and emotionally and that manifest themselves physically.

“So this is just a little reminder to say that you should never be too afraid to ask for help or call someone to make sure they’re okay or to make sure they’re okay.”

“It’s so important, now more than ever, with all the social media b********t going on and the need to be something that’s seen on Instagram or Twitter and out of reach .”

“We all suffer in our own way and a phone call can make all the difference, either to yourself or to someone you know who may be struggling.”

“To everyone out there who may not feel strong enough, you are strong enough.” Take care of yourself and take care of everyone around you. Much love!’

This comes after it was reported that Amanda “didn’t know what to expect” when she signed up for the show, according to the newspaper telegraph.

The insider continued: “He was pretty tough and she found that difficult. “If she wasn’t doing very well, that wouldn’t have helped.

“She was with a partner who had a certain training style that she couldn’t get along with.” “Whether that’s what happened or if there’s something else going on, I don’t know.”

Earlier this season, The Sun reported that Amanda “threatened to quit” after also arguing with Giovanni in the training room over his “militant style.”

And while speaking on Instagram on Tuesday about why she left the show, she thanked her team but didn’t mention her professional dance partner.

Meanwhile, one fan speculated on Twitter: “This statement from Amanda Abbington leaves more questions than answers, especially when you remember the alleged feud with Giovanni that they had to deny. “The plot thickens.”

Another wrote: “So it’s confirmed that Amanda Abbington has had to pull out of #Strictly completely.” It’s always sad when someone has to pull out but considering what we’ve heard about her mental health, this is one particularly painful feeling. Please get help if anyone out there is struggling.”

On Monday night, it was confirmed on Strictly’s spin-off show It Takes Two that Amanda would be leaving the competition.

A montage of Amanda’s best moments from the series was shown before presenter Fleur East added: “Amanda, we send you all our love.”

A Strictly insider told MailOnline about Amanda’s withdrawal: “This is something Amanda has unfortunately had to think about since the end of last week.”

“It was a devastating time for Amanda. Her Strictly journey was plagued with difficulties but she just didn’t believe there was another option. As difficult as it was, there was a chance they could have won.’

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, the actress explained that she had pulled out of the show for “personal reasons” and was “sad” not to be continuing.

She thanked the “incredible production” and said it was an “absolute joy” to work with her fellow contestants, although she gave no credit to her professional partner Giovanni.

On his Instagram, Giovanni shared a photo of the pair backstage and said he was “sad” they couldn’t continue, but he was “proud” of everything they had achieved.

After seven years on the BBC show, some Strictly viewers are predicting that this could be Giovanni’s last season appearing with a celebrity partner.

One wrote: “I think this will be your last year… you’ve outgrown Strictly and I think you know that.”

Another said: “I’m devastated for you.” I supported and voted for both of you. Will we see you dancing on Strictly next year?

But sources close to Giovanni say that although these talks will not take place until 2024, he is not even thinking about leaving the show.

Earlier this season, The Sun reported that Amanda “threatened to quit” after also arguing with Giovanni in the training room over his “militant style.”

It was announced on It Takes Two on Friday that Amanda had pulled out of this weekend’s live show for medical reasons and would return next week.

Amanda reportedly shared a poignant message on her Instagram Stories on Saturday in a now-deleted post.

According to The Mirror, she re-shared a quote about mental health from late actor Robin Williams, which was originally posted by an account called “positiveminds011.”

The poignant quote was, “People don’t fake depression…they fake being well.” Remember that. Be friendly.’

Amanda has apparently since deleted the post as it no longer appears in her Instagram Stories.
