American Pie stars Jason Biggs and Seann William Scott reunite for the DoorDash commercial

American Pie actors Jason Biggs and Seann William Scott have teamed up again to star in a new ad for DoorDash.

Biggs, 45, and Scott, 46 – who played the respective roles of Jim and Stifler in the hit 1999 comedy and its sequels – are part of an advertising campaign for the food delivery service’s Summer of DashPass. People reported on Tuesday.

“Every time we get back together, it’s like we never missed a moment,” Biggs told the publication. “With this campaign, it was like we literally picked up right where we left off, basically after the last movie.”

Biggs said of the onscreen chemistry with his longtime colleague, “Seann and I have this really incredible back-and-forth.”

The ad begins with Biggs welcoming a DoorDash supplier home and saying, “This is going to be the best summer ever.”

Then Scott comes out from behind the delivery driver and asks, “What did you just say?”

Referring to the film, Scott said, ‘You better not say this summer is going to be better than the one we had together, mate.’ I mean the parties, the pranks…the wet stuff.’

Biggs replied, “You lost me on the last one… but yeah, that was fun.”

In the spot, Scott can be seen taking a milkshake from Biggs and drinking it, making an inside joke alluding to one of the sex comedy’s racy scenes.

“This is the second best thing that has ever happened to me,” Scott said. “It’s like they’re growing a bunch of little taste babies there.”

Biggs and Scott appeared side by side in four films in the series: American Pie (1999), American Pie 2 (2001), American Wedding (2003) and American Reunion (2012).

Biggs, who later starred in Orange Is the New Black and Loser, spoke about producing the popular comedy series.

“It took us two to three months to shoot these films in the spring and summer, and then they came out the following summer,” Biggs said. “It was like summer camp for us, we all got together and just had the time of our lives.”

Scott, who has also starred in Welcome to Flatch and the television series Lethal Weapon, said of the films, “I’ve been really fortunate to have had some fun experiences throughout my career, but nothing quite compares to filming of these films.”

Both actors have plans for the summer, as Biggs told the magazine he is planning a visit to Austria with his wife Jenny Mollen and their sons Sid, 9, and Lazlo, 5. while Scott plans to remain in California with his wife Olivia Korenberg.

Biggs and Scott were part of the cast for the films, which also included Alyson Hannigan, Chris Klein, Natasha Lyonne, Shannon Elizabeth, Mena Suvari, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Chris Owen, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Eugene Levy and Jennifer Coolidge.

“I have so much love for everyone, really all the projects I’ve worked on, but I’m just really close to everyone at American Pie,” Scott told the outlet. “It just makes me really happy to see them do different things, especially with Natasha, Jennifer and Eugene, just to see them all thrive.” It’s great.’
