Apex Legends unveils new hardcore mode similar to Call of Duty

Apex Legends’ Celestial Sunrise Collection event is set to add the long-rumoured Hardcore mode, which leakers claimed would be similar to Call of Duty’s.
After various leaks and rumors have surfaced over the past few weeks, Respawn has finally announced the next event for Apex Legends. The Celestial Sunrise Collection Event will introduce a new LTM Hardcore Royale that will put players to the test.
The new mode features a limited HUD, a ring that starts at max damage, no EVO armor or helmets, and no armor swapping. Only the most skillful players will escape unscathed.
Celebrate the start of a new year with the Celestial Sunrise Collection event! 🌤
Starting January 24th, put your skills to the ultimate test in the new Hardcore Royale limited-time mode, collect all-new cosmetics, and more.

The new Hardcore Royale will be available starting January 24th when the Celestial Sunrise Collection event begins. It runs until February 7, 2023.
Like CoD’s hardcore mode, this LTM will attempt to bring players closer to the reality of real combat. You have to pay attention to the damage you take and where you are on the map. Keep in mind that there are no helmets in this mode, so headshots are even more important to change the tide.
There will be 24 limited-time cosmetic event items up for grabs during the event, including legendary skins for Octane, Pathfinder, Caustic, Ash, and more. Players who unlock all 24 cosmetic items will receive the “Jadeite Vengeance,” a new reactive Peacekeeper skin.
