Assassin Olaf TFT explained

TFT players may be wondering what Assassin Olaf is. Proven in Set 7, this incredibly fun carry unit is very versatile.

With Set 7 coming to an end and Set 7.5 beginning, we can look back at the units that have existed in the meta over the three-month duration of Set 7. Early on, Olaf was an extremely overpowered unit, capable of erasing even four and five cost units despite only costing three gold itself. However, once he was nerfed, he remained relevant in the competitive meta. However, he was only truly viable if players gave him the Assassin’s Spatula and paired him with the right units.

Giving Olaf the Assassin Spatula in TFT grants him the Assassin trait and all the associated effects, such as: B. Diving into the backline and taking critical damage. To optimize Assassin Olaf, players should prioritize giving him items that focus on boosting his already high damage output. These include Infinity Edge, as this fits well with the Assassin trait, and Runaan’s Hurricane, as it allows him to deal with multiple enemies at once.

You can also give Assassin Olaf items like Guinsoo’s Rageblade and even Rapid Fire Cannon, as they allow him to take down enemies much faster and in the case of Rapid Fire Cannons, they let him do it even more safely. For units that you can pair Olaf with, you should ideally prioritize 3-star Diana alongside Olaf, as she shares the same traits and is deadly herself. Other units are Shen, Pyke, and Talon.
