Another viewer liked Tom and the format.
“Great job Taskmaster, great host, co-host and team for Season 1. I think there should be an ‘Ashes’ series Aust Vs UK: Taskmaster in the next few years,” wrote another.
Viewers went crazy for the series and clearly found the quirky format enjoyable
Another enjoyed the episode.
“Much better episode of Taskmaster tonight. Seems the flow of the show is better with better banter from everyone,” they wrote.
“The lesser false laughter from the audience also makes a difference.”

Taskmaster premiered last week on February 2nd, starring some of Australia’s best-known comedians.
The Project’s Tom Cashman starred alongside Utopia’s Luke McGregor and Nina Oyama, Jimmy Rees and stand-up favorites Julia Morris and Danielle Walker.
Based on a hit UK show, Variety Australia reports that the format has sold to 12 countries including New Zealand, Sweden and Denmark.
One of the challenges was the cast struggling to sink a bowling ball on a pontoon
It also has a YouTube channel, an app, and a board game.
A US version, launched by Comedy Channel in 2018, did not resonate with viewers and was canceled after one season.
It was later rebooted on the CW in 2020, but was pulled off the air after just one episode due to poor ratings.
