But in trying to push visual culinary boundaries, some foodies from around the world went too far when these stunning images were collated in one gallery Bored panda Show.

Perhaps in an attempt to be original, the creators of these dishes decided to use some unusual items as serving dishes, including a ceramic iguana and a giant ice cube.

And it doesn’t stop there. Other items used in place of plates include a ceramic iguana and a wooden hand.
