The TV star, 33, posed in a black swimsuit and bikini in the shots taken on the beach, smiling and looking carefree as she posed for close-up selfies.

The clip, with audio by author and yoga teacher Jessamyn Stanley, said: “I don’t think everyone loves their body all the time.

The Voice added: “I think it’s always a spectrum. Some days you feel really good in your body.

“Some days you really hate it. But every day it’s there and acceptance and the freedom that comes from acceptance rests on the day you can say, “Hey, this is what I look like,” and I’m okay with that.”

Laura captioned her post: “I don’t think loving your body is always realistic. Accepting it and not letting it hold you back is where it goes…at least for me.

“Thank you for those words of wisdom @mynameisjessamyn.”

It comes after Laura, who regularly shares body positive posts, showcased her curves in black swimwear as she took a dip in the sea last week as she encouraged any fans nervous about baring her body on holiday,” to wear the damn bikini!”. .

Alongside the picture, she wrote: “There’s just something about the sea that calms me down. That’s where my body feels most comfortable.

“After feeling miserable for what feels like an eternity, I finally feel like myself again!! My goal for this holiday is to swim, soak up the sun and relax.

‘Oh and of course, wear the damn bikini!’

Get involved: She encouraged any fans who were nervous about baring their bodies on vacation to “wear the friggin’ bikini!”.

She received support from her Bake Off co-star Rahul Mandal, who captioned the post: “Enjoy your holiday you look stunning ×××.”

Laura’s post suggested she’d been feeling under the weather during the festive period, but she revealed she was now “feeling more like herself”.

It comes after she shared another stunning snap in black floral lingerie in an inspirational post on Instagram in December.

She snapped a selfie of herself in a chic bra and open white linen shirt as she shared a poem that hits the diet industry.

The poem also encourages body positivity, with lines that include the words, “Your body doesn’t belong to them.”

The star, who was recently told she would have to lose 14th place to carry a child, also took to her stories, in which she admitted she felt “vulnerable and a little bit awkward” as she put on the lingerie snap shared before adding that she “loves the poem”.

The full poem read: “Your body doesn’t belong to them, you know…the industries.

“The ones who sell you last-minute diets and then gleefully watch you lose yourself between treats before calling you back as you spiral down into a spiral of guilt to start another year.

“They want you exhausted, they want you ashamed, they want you desperate. But your body doesn’t need them, my friend, your body knows exactly what it needs.

“It needs rest. It needs light, fresh air. It needs water. It takes acceptance, kindness. It even needs fun.

“Most importantly, it doesn’t need to be bombarded with everything at once and then nothing at all. Stay checked in. Good Appetite. Eat in peace. With love.

“Never feel guilty. Guilt festers and rots. Your body is not an exhibit for the world to judge.

“It’s your home. This is where you earn your living. And a bit of festive merriment need never rid you of your pride.

“You can start the new year full of food, full of happy memories and full of acceptance that this is life. And balance will come as balance does.

“Without shame to even play a part. Wouldn’t that be new for ’23?’

Her post was met with a plethora of positive messages from her fans, who praised both her image and her for sharing the poem.

Laura later said, “I just want you to know that you deserve to live a full and happy life just the way you are.

“I wasted so many years thinking that I’m a useless bag of shit because of my height. I wish I had focused MORE on my health and less on how I looked. I wish I didn’t make my life easier by trying to do fad diets that messed with my head and led to even more weight gain.

“It took me a long time to realize that dieting doesn’t work and that you don’t have to look like a Victoria Secret model to be respected and loved.

“I post the content I make in hopes that you will learn the same. Does this make sense?’
