Big Brother SPOILERS: Three housemates face eviction while Yirun breaks down in hysterical tears when her nominations are revoked and she goes to jail for violating show rules

Three housemates have been sentenced to eviction this week and will face the public vote ahead of Friday’s live show.

In scenes airing on Wednesday’s episode, the housemates gathered in the living room before being called into the diary room to nominate two housemates.

Revealing the reason for his nomination and the identity of who fans will see on the show, Matty said: “I still find her quite loud and sometimes she reacts disproportionately to minor inconveniences.”

Meanwhile, when Dylan nominated one of his housemates, he told Big Brother: “When it came to the foul fast food challenge, I felt like she took more time talking about it than actually doing the challenge while everyone else just got on with it.”

After all the housemates nominated, Big Brother made a surprise announcement that one of them would be punished for breaking the rules.

Big Brother turned to a shocked house and said, “Housemates.” The rules for the nomination meeting were clearly explained to you.

“Today at 1:18 p.m. this rule was broken by one of you.” Both nominations have been revoked and they will also go to prison.

“The roommate who broke the rule is Yinrun.”

Ironically, one of Yinrun’s now-revoked nominations was for Hallie because she had broken the rules a week earlier.

Yinrun apologized for her mistake and said: “I’m very sorry because it could be a punishment for all the housemates.”

“I’m still saying it because I was so nervous today and I don’t know who to vote for. ‘I apologize – sorry everyone.’

Big Brother then caused another shock when it was announced that three housemates were up for eviction this week.

Still, not much attention was paid to the drama as Yinrun was instructed to transform into one orange jumpsuit before heading to the garden to do time in prison.

Yinrun was devastated by the news of her rule-breaking and how her transgression affected the outcome of this week’s nominations, and is reaching out to Trish and Matty for support.

Trish tried to comfort her and said, “Yinrun, you are good.” Try not to fall into despair or guilt.’

And to prove that her rule-breaking hadn’t upset the other housemates, they soon began protesting for her release, marching through the garden and chanting, “Free Yinrun!”

Afterward, Lawyer Jordan was suggested by the housemates to reason with Big Brother and went to the Diary Room to plead her case.

The news of Yinrun’s prison sentence was first announced on Tuesday’s episode of Big Brother Late and Live, with guest host Oti Mabuse going behind the scenes to spy on the goings-on in the house.

She said: “She’s in the cage but Dylan came and gave her some shoes, she’s being supported. ‘It’s very cold now but she’s got some food in her pockets!’

It is the second time prison has appeared in the series, after Olivia and Hallie were jailed last week for writing in code on each other’s backs who they had nominated.

Big Brother continues with an extended episode on Wednesday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
