She continued: “When did this happen? I don’t know but it did and it started with ‘I can’t hurt myself anymore.’ I won’t let myself live like this because I’ve lived like this for years.’
The time in the gym has made her “feel so much better as a person” and “can move on stage.”
“I feel so much better,” she gushed, having previously struggled with body image issues in her teens.

During an interview with Vogue magazine, Eilish revealed that she struggled with body confidence and “hated herself” as she tried to accept her looks.
As the party’s crooner opened up about her struggle, she revealed that she had to learn to love herself, starting with accepting her physical appearance.
