Blake Jenner has pleaded no contest to Driving Under the Influence in a deal that will keep him out of jail.

The 30-year-old actor was arrested in Burbank, California in July after police said he ran a red light and failed a sobriety test.

This wasn’t the Miami native’s first clash with the law.

The Paradise City star was arrested on another DUI charge in 2014 but escaped time behind bars by entering a plea on reckless driving.

In 2015, Blake was singled out for driving without proof of insurance and driving with a suspended license. The What/If actor was fired after submitting a no-contest plea for driving without a valid license.

The former Glee actor’s legal troubles will be drawn into the upcoming documentary series The Price of Glee, which debuts on Discovery+ on Monday and looks at his legal troubles, in addition to domestic violence allegations being made by his ex-wife Melissa Benoist ( 34) are raised.

The couple were married from 2015 to 2017 and divorced citing “irreconcilable differences.”

In 2019, the Supergirl star spoke of experiencing domestic violence without naming the perpetrator. The actress later confirmed that she referred her to her then-husband in 2020.

Following those allegations, the The Edge of Seventeen actor admitted to harming his former wife “emotionally, mentally and yes, physically.”

“There are many things I would have liked to have done differently; and while I wish it hadn’t taken away the pain suffered over the course of our relationship, I will never make the same mistakes again. he admitted.

The Billy Boy actor also accused his ex of abuse. It was the domestic violence allegations that may have prompted Blake to be replaced by Paul Mescal in the musical Merrily We Roll Along, set to be filmed over a 20-year period.

Melissa did not respond to these allegations. The CW star featured her Supergirl co-star Chris Wood, 34, in 2019 and the couple welcomed their first child, Huxley, in 2020.
