Ambulance rescue helicopter, police and fire brigade rush to Bournemouth beach as the scene of the accident is cleared amid a ‘serious incident’.

Bournemouth beach has been closed after a serious incident was reported this afternoon.

A police cordon is currently in place on the Pier Approach boardwalk.
