Britney Spears appears completely NAKED on Instagram in a very cheeky snapshot – amid a bombshell narrative detailing her misery during her 13-year conservatorship

Britney Spears has continued to bar it all following the release of her tell-all novel The Woman In Me.
The Gimme More singer, 41, went completely naked on Instagram and took a very saucy snap on the beach.
The photo, posted on Thursday, shows Britney flaunting her pert derriere while striking an over-the-shoulder pose with her hands folded under her face.
She appeared makeup-free and wore her blonde hair partially up in a fashionable, messy beach look.
Britney did not caption the snap and shared it following the release of her long-awaited memoir, in which she details her misery during her 13-year conservatorship.

In it, she talked about the “strict diet” her father Jamie Spears put on her for two years, which consisted of chicken and canned vegetables.
In her memoir “The Woman In Me,” Spears described how the diet came about during her time as a conservator and how she “begged” her butler for “real food.”
Spears, 41, begged for a hamburger and ice cream but was repeatedly rejected due to her father’s “strict instructions.”
The singer claimed her father – who was appointed manager of her finances and personal life in 2008 – started the diet after repeatedly telling her she looked “fat”.
Since the foods she really wanted to eat were now removed from her diet by someone other than her, Spears said she ended up feeling like her body wasn’t up to it [hers] more’.
“I was scared,” Britney said. “I’ll be honest, I felt pretty damn bad.”
“So I ate almost nothing except chicken and canned vegetables for two years,” she wrote.
“Two years is a long time to not be able to eat whatever you want, especially when it is the body, work and soul that makes the money that everyone lives on,” she said.

“For two years I asked for French fries and said no. ‘I found it so demeaning.’
But despite dieting and exercising, Britney ended up gaining weight – exactly the “opposite” of what her father had hoped for.
“Even though I wasn’t eating as much, he made me feel so ugly and like I wasn’t good enough,” she said.
“Maybe it’s the power of your thoughts: whatever you think you are, you become.”
Britney says she “just gave up” and did what her father wanted because she was “so down,” she adds in her memoir.
Through years of scrutiny of her body by the media and her own family, Britney also became accustomed to others talking about her figure.

Candid: Spears made the revelation in her highly anticipated memoir, The Woman In Me.
“My body was strong enough to carry two children and flexible enough to perfectly execute every choreographed move on stage,” she described. “And now here I was, tracking every calorie so people could continue to get rich off my body.”
Britney said she was the only one who found it “outrageous” that her food intake was so tightly controlled.
“My family lived in Destin, a lovely beach town in Florida, in an incredibly beautiful condo that I bought for them, and ate delicious food every night while I starved and worked,” she said.
Jamie took control of his eldest daughter’s life and finances after some high-profile mental health issues, which included her shaving her head.
It began as a temporary arrangement but became permanent at the end of 2008.
