Britney Spears is “spending $10,000 a month to pay for Sam Asghari’s new apartment” – after missing out on millions on their ironclad marriage contract

Britney Spears was reportedly forced to pay $10,000 a month for her estranged husband Sam Asghari’s new apartment.
The 41-year-old singer split from the 29-year-old actor earlier this month after just a year of marriage. According to sources, he probably won’t get much from the marriage due to an ironclad marriage agreement.
Now it’s being claimed that despite his decision to file for divorce, Britney is paying the bill for Sam’s new apartment, which is one of the highest quality new builds in LA.
A standard unit in the building is $10,000 per month, but noisy TMZSam organized a better deal.
Britney’s team is believed to have suggested the gesture while navigating through the divorce process. MailOnline has reached out to representatives from Sam Asghari and Britney Spears for comment.

Claims: Britney Spears is reportedly paying $10,000 a month for her estranged husband Sam Asghari’s new apartment
Sam is reportedly short of any money in the event of a divorce because he and Britney were only married 14 months and their ironclad marriage contract said he would be paid $1 million for every two years they were married.
However, sources previously reported TMZ that while Sam cannot receive any spousal support as a result of the marriage, he could receive a one-time check from Britney to prevent him from disclosing any “embarrassing information” about their marriage.
The marriage contract is believed to contain a “heavy confidentiality clause” that prohibits Sam from speaking about his relationship with Britney.
Sam reportedly planned to contest the marriage by seeking spousal support and legal fees, although he has denied it.
He also reportedly renounced any claims to Britney’s music collection, and his name is not listed on the deeds of their shared home in Thousand Oaks, California.
The couple invested $11.8 million in the property, but a large chunk of that came from Britney’s fortune.
According to the marriage contract, Britney and Sam agreed to transfer the home to a limited liability company, or LLC, in the event of a divorce.
Britney and Sam’s lawyers are said to be negotiating, and it’s likely the singer will write a one-off check for several hundred thousand dollars to maintain the confidentiality clause.

Not much! The singer split from the actor earlier this month after just a year of marriage. Sources claimed that their marriage contract is preventing him from getting much
If Sam breached the agreement, he would have to return the money.
Sam had denied claims he wanted to contest his $10 million prenup with Britney.
This was announced by his representative Brandon Cohen THR: “There have been many allegations that Sam is challenging the prenuptial agreement and threatening to exploit his ex-wife with videos.”
“However, all of these claims are false and no negative intent has ever been directed against them and never will be.” Sam has always supported them and always will.’
Sam broke his silence on the divorce last Friday by sharing an emotional statement on his Instagram.
“After six years of love and dedication to each other, my wife and I have decided to end our journey together,” the handsome actor wrote.
He continued, “We will hold on to the love and respect we have for one another and I always wish her the best,” adding, “That’s not happening.”
Britney also spoke out for the first time that same day, admitting she was “shocked” by the breakup but saying she “just couldn’t take the pain anymore.”
She continued, “In a sort of telepathic way I’ve received so many messages from friends that have melted my heart and thank you!!!”
“I’ve been gaming at full blast for far too long and my Instagram may seem perfect but it’s far from reality and I think we all know that!!!”

Agreement: Sources have previously said that while Sam will not be able to receive spousal support due to the marriage, he may be able to receive a one-off check from Britney
Britney has assured her fans that she’s “actually doing pretty well,” despite reports that she and Sam are “not talking anymore.”
It was reported Tuesday that the separated couple had agreed custody of their dogs.
DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that the singer feared Sam might try to take ownership of her two dogs.
But a source told TMZ Tuesday that the couple have mutually agreed to separate their adopted pooches.
Sam cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the estranged couple’s split and asked Spears to pay spousal support and legal fees.
There have already been reports that Sam believed Britney cheated on him, which sources say led to an alleged “nuclear row” in late July.
There were also claims Sam had told friends the singer had been violent towards him and was acting so “erratically” that she allegedly threw knives at the wall of the LA mansion where they wed in 2022.
The “Lucky” singer reportedly lives with her older brother Bryan, with whom she remained close during her long struggle to free herself from her family’s controversial guardianship.
