The 58-year-old Blue Lagoon actress captioned the Instagram post: “It’s #internationalselfcareday and I’ve been told this video embodies ‘super self-care vibes’,” adding a wine glass emoji at the end.

Brooke and Rowan looked like they were having a great time and fans aired the comments on the post with appreciation.

‘Very pretty!! “I love mom and daughter self care dates,” wrote one fan.

Another quipped, “Your daughter is a born comedian. Here and your Doc,” he adds laughing emojis.

“Funniest video #motherdaughtergoals,” commented another.

Brooke shares Rowan and their other daughter Grier, 17, with her husband Chris Henchy, 59.

Both of Suddenly Susan’s daughters share their mother’s legendary beauty.

And the mother-of-two has been open about her feelings about following in her footsteps as a model and actress.

Brooke first made her name as a child model in the 1970s. While promoting her documentary Pretty Baby, she opened up about how distressed she was when Grier started modeling.

“I fought it for so long,” she continued to recall Live with Kelly and Mark in June. “It’s a completely different industry today than it used to be.”

The Blue Lagoon star also pointed out that models are under more pressure today than they used to be.

“When I was a model, we didn’t have social media,” she said, before noting that the current state of the modeling industry has become a “hit race.”

She revealed she’s worried and anxious about Grier – who is “ridiculously gorgeous” and wants to hit the runway.

In the past, Shields mainly worked with print models and did not walk the runway at fashion shows.

“It’s brutal and backstage is just brutal,” she added. “I’ve never been on the catwalk. I don’t think I would have been able to handle that.”

Because of the intensity of runway modeling, she advised her daughter not to do it.

Eventually, she admitted she had to “give in,” but compromised by establishing strict ground rules and insisting her daughter remain enrolled in college.

“You’re going to have a great work ethic,” she recalled telling her daughter. “It won’t be comfortable and you’ll listen to me.” Those are my rules.’
