Burning Shores DLC release date
Horizon Forbidden West, a sequel to guerrilla action RPG Horizon Zero Dawn, is getting its first DLC expansion: Burning Shores. Here’s when to start.
At the end of last year, during The Game Awards, Guerrila announced that there would be Burning Shores DLC titles for players who enjoyed Horizon Forbidden West. The DLC will be exclusive to PlayStation 5 consoles, although the base game will also launch on PlayStation 4.
The expansion will continue Aloy’s story as she pursues another dangerous menace, this time on the post-apocalyptic shores of Los Angeles.
Players looking forward to the DLC can pre-order it via the PlayStation Store ahead of its release later this year.

Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores is scheduled for release on April 19, 2023. Players have less than a month to wait for the DLC to hit consoles. Guerrilla has released a gameplay trailer giving fans a glimpse of what’s to come.
