Christine McGuinness rants angrily after her ex Paddy revealed he has quit the Channel 4 show to look after their children: ‘What a load of shit’

Christine McGuinness appears to have launched a furious tirade against her ex-husband Paddy McGuinness after he quit his new Channel 4 series.

The 35-year-old star of The Real Housewives of Cheshire filmed herself bashing “some absolute nonsense” she had just read in a video she shared to her Instagram Stories.

Although she didn’t mention Paddy’s name, Christine admitted she was “speechless” at what she had read.

She said, “Wait a minute… Wow.” I just read some absolute nonsense. I mean, I think so.

“Speechless, overwhelmed, not shocked, but I will just sit here and remain silent with dignity.”

Christine then shared a quote that read, “Feels good when you’re together.” Personally, I wouldn’t know, but I bet it feels good.

It comes after Paddy told how he was forced to take a week off to film Don’t Look Down, a Stand Up To Cancer challenge.

The presenter explained that he had to take some time off because he and Christine had no one to help them with their three children, all of whom have autism.

He said: “Unfortunately I have to go home today and may not be back for another week.”

“Co-parenting…We don’t have anyone to help us with the kids at all.”

“With our children, they need me or Christine or people who are in our support network.

“I’m disappointed because the boys will be 10 meters in the air and it will feel like starting over, but there’s just nothing I can do about it.”

She said: “Speechless, overwhelmed, not shocked, but I will just sit here and maintain my dignified silence.”
