Shaun Waller, 34, was working when he heard a bang outside his home in Gronant, North Wales.
He went to investigate and saw that his neighbor’s Jeep Cherokee had collided with his parked car.
Mr. Waller, an analyst, then looked at his doorbell footage and spotted Freya at the wheel.
Ms Brewer, a homemaker and grandmother of two, explained that the pet accidentally put the car into gear.

She said: “I was going to put Freya in the passenger footwell… She jumped into the driver’s seat and put the automatic transmission on.
The car was on a slope – it rolled and crashed into the car opposite.”
Mr Waller said he and his partner found the incident hilarious and were not bothered by the damage to their old car.
