Conor McGregor taunts Jose Aldo after Irishman challenges rival to boxing ring rematch

“Who p***** in your acai?”: Conor McGregor taunts Jose Aldo’s adult response, telling him to shut his “f****** mouth”… after the Irishman confronted his longtime rival a rematch of their UFC 194 fight in the boxing ring

  • Aldo returned to the square circle on Saturday, drawing against Jeremy Stephens
  • The Brazilian then began an adult tirade aimed at his former UFC rival

Conor McGregor took to social media after Jose Aldo gave an adult response to his challenge of a rematch inside the square circle.

Since retiring from MMA after a loss to Merab Dvalishvili last year, Aldo has returned to his first love and launched a career in professional boxing.

After a crucial win over Emmanuel Zambrano in his February debut, Aldo returned to the ring to face off against former UFC opponent Jeremy Stephens as part of Jorge Masvidal’s Gamebred Boxing 4 in the boxing ring.

In response to the event, McGregor tweeted, “Me and Aldo should box,” prompting Masvidal to respond and offer to “make it happen.”

Aldo would eventually fight Stephens for a tie on Saturday, with the former UFC featherweight champion launching an X-rated tirade against the Irishman during the post-fight press conference.

“Conor has a big mouth,” Aldo told reporters in response to McGregor’s tweet. “He always talks a lot of shit. He has a planned fight. … Conor, shut the fuck up. We should fight in the UFC before that. You run and now you still talk shit.”

Aldo has long claimed that McGregor avoided a repeat of their 2015 clash at UFC 194, where McGregor beat the Brazilian in just 13 seconds to earn his first undisputed title with promotion.

A rematch was planned the following year, but McGregor eventually chose to move up in weight, sharing two fights with Nate Diaz before defeating Eddie Alvarez to capture the lightweight crown and the UFC’s first simultaneous two-weight world to become champion.

Reacting to the normally mild-mannered Brazilian’s outburst, McGregor mockingly fired back on Twitter: “Well ok then ahaha whatever boy I was just trying to be nice. Who p***** in your acai?

After responding to Aldo, McGregor turned his attention to Stephens, writing: “Me and who the heck is this guy should box.”

McGregor’s tweet referenced the iconic line he aimed at Stephens when the pair shared the stage during the UFC 205 press conference in 2016.
