When friends Legacy and Kenzie downloaded Bumble BFF to make friends, they never imagined it would change their relationship forever.
The couple, who have been together for three years, moved from Virginia to North Carolina and joined the platform to make new connections.
But Legacy, 26, and Kenzie, 23, soon met 27-year-old Amber, who they described as the “missing piece” of their relationship.
The trio has been living happily together as a couple since the beginning of 2022 – contrary to what the haters say.

“Yes, we are all dating,” Legacy described their relationship on TikTok. “Not only are they my friends, they’re each other’s friends, it’s a throuple/poly situation.”

Legacy and Kenzie had attended the same college but were a few years apart and only met when they started chatting online.
The couple had been together for a while when they considered the idea of opening their relationship to a third partner, which took Kenzie a while to commit to.
“I was a little surprised at first,” Kenzie admitted in a YouTube video from Love don’t judge.
“She had questions,” Legacy added. “Like, is it a lack of something in the relationship?”
“I just never wanted to feel ‘limited’ in the relationship,” she concluded.

When they moved, the couple decided to download Bumble BFF – and initially insisted it was for friendship.
“We were really looking for friends when we met Amber,” Legacy said.
“We literally hung out once and never stopped after that… We developed feelings that we didn’t expect,” Kenzie added.
“To be honest, Amber is really the missing piece of the puzzle,” Legacy gushed.
But the women are committed to dispelling all common misconceptions about being in a group, such as that someone is always left out.
“A common comment is that people say if you have two girlfriends, one of them has to be the second option,” Legacy said.
The happy couple said their families weren’t surprised when they told them they both had two girlfriends, responding to a comment on a TikTok asking what their families thought.
