Debunking the latest Titanfall 3 rumored trailer

A new Titanfall 3 rumored trailer hints at an impending reveal for the highly anticipated title, but is it real?

Titanfall 2 was released seven years ago and fans have been waiting for Titanfall 3 for about the same amount of time. Even though Respawn Entertainment focused most of their attention on their battle royale hit Apex Legends, the Titanfall community was still hoping for the next installment in the franchise.

Just weeks before Titanfall 2’s release anniversary, a short teaser caught the attention of some fans claiming that Titanfall 3 was actually on the way. Here’s everything we know about the rumored trailer.

X user, JHaleStorm posted the rumored Titanfall 3 trailer with the caption “Possible Titanfall 3 teaser currently circulating.”

The short video is 31 seconds long and only shows the Respawn Entertainment and EA logos under the words “Worldwide Reveal” for October 27, 2023. There are no graphics, images or even mentions of Titanfall 3 other than a lingering “3” . at the very end of the video.

Still, the video quickly gained traction on X and Reddit in recent days, as some fans questioned the validity of the alleged “reveal.”

Without any confirmation from Respawn Entertainment, the rumored Titanfall 3 trailer appears to be fake. First of all, if a global reveal of Titanfall 3 was actually happening in just two weeks, the official Respawn Entertainment or EA accounts would have released the trailer to reach the maximum audience.

The trailer also contains no indication that it was professionally made or endorsed by the big companies. If the game had been announced at the end of the month, there would certainly have been at least a brief glimpse of gameplay.
