The claim emerged after the British rock band’s sold-out show at The Domain on Saturday night, after a Reddit user said the woman gave birth to her child during the performance in the medical tent.

“Congratulations to the lady who gave birth at the Arctic Monkeys show last night on her dedication. I hope you get lifetime free passes,” they wrote.

‘Besides, what a gimmick for the boy. “Yes, I was born at an Arctic Monkeys concert.” I hope you are doing well!’

Arctic Monkeys fans were shocked by the wild claims.

“The baby is probably the youngest person to ever attend an Arctic Monkeys concert,” wrote one.

The rumor soon picked up steam, with some tweets claiming another couple got engaged at the concert at the same time.

However, rumors of the woman’s birth were quashed by a Reddit user who revealed what really happened in the medical tent.

“I just asked a friend who works in the hospital tent and apparently she didn’t have the baby. It was a false alarm but she was in the room forever,” they wrote.

The tour is for the release of their latest album, The Car.

Their last album “Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino” was released in 2016.

Made with the group’s longtime producer James Ford, The Car was recorded at Butley Priory, a converted monastery in rural Suffolk.
