Didier Deschamps has agreed to a four-year contract extension to stay on as coach of the France national team until the conclusion of the 2026 World Cup.
Deschamps signed the extension on Friday after negotiations were finalized by his agent on Thursday.
With the extra time, Deschamps will guide France through the next two major tournaments, having been at the helm of Les Bleus since 2012.
