Donald Trump left Trump Tower in Manhattan on Sunday morning to play a round of golf.

In pictures obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com, the former president was seen in his usual golf attire – a white polo shirt, black trousers and his red “Make America Great Again” ball cap.

Trump waved as he left his New York residence.

Late Saturday night, Trump posted a new attack on his Truth Social account against the Florida governor, who announced his candidacy in a flawed Twitter Spaces event on Wednesday.

“Ron DeSanctimonious, like on ‘The Apprentice,’ just fired his friend and top campaign manager Phil Cox because his campaign is a total disaster and 2028 looks really bad,” the former president claimed in his post.

“His campaign manager, who was so adept at handling the Ted Cruz campaign against me, wanted to work for me but was turned down – a ‘money robber’ like no other and won’t quit until he has his last penny,” he added . “Now ‘Rob’ needs to change the theme of his campaign from NEVER BACK DOWN to WIN IS NOT EVERYTHING!”

Trump warned DeSantis that it would be “disloyal” if he ran against him in the 2024 Republican presidential primary because it was the former president who helped bring him national recognition by backing him in the 2018 Florida gubernatorial election.

While Trump spends his Sunday playing golf — as he does most weekends — President Joe Biden is attending his granddaughter Natalie’s college graduation at St. Andrew’s School in Washington, DC after spending his weekend at Camp David has.
