EasyJet flight from Krakow to Edinburgh “has to make an emergency landing in Germany”

An EasyJet flight to Scotland was forced to make an emergency landing in Germany after a passenger on board required “urgent medical attention”.

Yesterday evening flight EZY3314 from Krakow to Edinburgh had to be diverted because a passenger required urgent medical attention.

If necessary, the Airbus then landed at Bremen Airport in Germany.

Paramedics then met the plane upon arrival and the passenger was taken to hospital.

The flight then continued to Edinburgh.

An EasyJet spokesman told MailOnline: “We can confirm that flight EZY3314 from Krakow to Edinburgh was diverted to Bremen last evening because a passenger on board required urgent medical attention.”

“Paramedics met the aircraft on arrival where the passenger was taken to hospital and the flight continued to Edinburgh.”

“The safety and well-being of our customers and crew is always easyJet’s top priority.”
