Emma Roberts reunites with Meaghan Oppenheimer for the new Hulu and 20th TV series Second Wife.
Only this time, the actress will serve as both executive producer and star in the romantic dramedy alongside Lucifer actor Tom Ellis meeting.
The announcement follows the renewal of the second season of the drama series Tell Me Lies, for which Oppenheimer served as creator, executive producer and showrunner alongside Roberts, who also served as one of nine executive producers.

Oppenheimer, 36, founded Second Wife and will also serve as executive producer and showrunner.
The show will also mark The first project Oppenheimer is working on with Ellis as the couple celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary in June.
Roberts, 31, will perform the half-hour show via her Fiction TV banner.
It also reunites Ellis with Hulu and 20th TV as she stars in their upcoming limited series Washington Black.

Based on the 2018 novel of the same name by Carola Lovering, Second Wife, considered a dark comedy, focuses on the ups and downs of a blended family while exploring intimacy, failure and second chances.
The story follows Sasha (Roberts) who flees her life in New York to start afresh in London, where she meets and quickly falls in love with a recently divorced father named Jacob (Ellis).
When they spontaneously decide to get married, they quickly realize that they don’t know a lot about each other – and that they can’t escape their past forever.
