- He denied the charges when he appeared before Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court today
A neighbor who claims to be a YouTuber is told not to contact the plus-size model he’s accused of and her plus-size friend.
Dialunguna Lema, 26, is accused of stalking Nadia Giwa between May 2021 and June 5, 2022.
Ms Giwa’s 6ft 2 friend, tall model Aeva Andersson, stayed with her when one of the alleged stalking incidents took place.
Ms Hadia Wahab, prosecutor, told Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court: “There are four incidents at stake here.
“On May 1, 2021, the complainant Ms Giwa was approached by Mr Lema by knocking on her door and saying: ‘Hi, my name is Chris, I have a YouTube channel. Do you live alone?”

Ms Hadia Wahab, prosecutor, told Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court: “There are four incidents at stake here. On May 1, 2021, when the complainant Ms Giwa (pictured) was approached by Mr Lema knocking on her door and saying: “Hi, my name is Chris, I have a YouTube channel. Do you live alone?”
“On March 7, 2022, Ms. Diwa was awakened by a loud bang at the front door and the defendant shouted, ‘I want to speak to you.’
“She pushed the defendant back and asked him to leave her alone.
“On March 7, 2022, Ms. Diwa was awakened by a loud bang at the front door and the defendant shouted, ‘I want to speak to you.’
“He was standing very close to the door and the complainant called back:
“What are you doing here?”‘
Lema lives in an apartment in the same building as Mrs Giwa in Ridge Road, Crouch End.
He denied non-violent harassment and stalking when he appeared before Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court today.
Lema was released on bail before his trial on March 6, on condition that he not directly or indirectly contact the applicant or her friend Ms Andersson.
A stalking protection order is in place which prohibits Lema from contacting the complainant.
Lema lives in an apartment in the same building as Mrs Giwa in Ridge Road, Crouch End. Ms Andersson (pictured) was staying with her friend for a few days when an alleged stalking incident took place
