EXCLUSIVE: Nikki Lund poses in blue lingerie as she reveals the 6/1 diet keeping her slim as she heads to Nashville for her singing career

Nikki Lund looked stunning as she posed in light blue lace lingerie in an exclusive shoot for DailyMail on Monday.

The singer, whose single “Foolish” was released via Apple Music earlier this year, is now thinner than ever thanks to her 6/1 diet.

“That means that for every six days that I’m eating really healthy, I’ve spent one day enjoying something naughty like an ice cream cone or truffle fries,” she tells DailyMail.com.

“I got into it because I love junk food so much I could literally eat it every day of my life.” So it was the only way I could think of to keep myself in check.

“All day I’m low carb, high protein, salads and veggies — I love it because I add garlic and olive oil, it’s tasty.” But after seven days I’m like, ‘Let me eat it!’ Then I treat myself to one Burger with bun or eat a cinnamon roll or ice cream.

“It’s the only system that has worked for me.” “It’s like you work hard and then you reward yourself,” Paris Hilton’s pal said.

Staying in shape is important for her energy levels, she added.

“I love looking slim, don’t get me wrong, but the main reason I eat so healthy is because everything I do requires my strength.”

Not only is she the mother of her infant son Hendrix — yes, he was named after guitarist Jimi Hendrix — whom she shares with her partner, musician Jeff Phillips, but she also has a clothing line of the same name that is sold at Nordstrom.

Designs by Nikki have been worn by Miley Cyrus, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Demi Lovato, Brandy, Brad Paisley and Blake Shelton.

And Lund has a busy singing career.

This month she bought a house in Nashville where she will spend part of the year working on her singing career. She also has a home in Los Angeles.

“I’ll be commuting back and forth between Nashville and Los Angeles,” she said.

“I grew up in Los Angeles but have always been a big fan of country singers like Dolly Parton and Chris Stapleton. For the last few years I’ve been working on country songs. “I love the feel, the tempo, the depth – I find solace in country music.”

She has a new manager in Nashville leading her new sound.

“I’m excited about my team and feel like I can spread my wings now,” added Lund, who is part Scandinavian.

Nikki launched her music career in 2018 with hits Love Overdose and This Is It, having already established a well-received clothing line.

Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora’s ex also came out with U&I.

This came after Nikki lost 20 pounds while getting back into what she loves: yoga.

She had gained some weight by the time she gave birth to her son Hendrix in 2018, but didn’t get serious about getting her pre-baby body back until 2022.

And now the singer has finally reached the weight she loves.

“I’m finally back to a size 2 and it feels great!” the crooner told DailyMail.com exclusively.

The music star added that she does yoga twice a day.

“After I’ve had my coffee, I spend an hour in my home gym doing five sun salutations, warrior pose, standing tree, and lunges,” she said.

“Then before I go to bed, I spend about 20 minutes doing more sun salutations because it helps me sleep better.”

“After the stress of working all day and taking care of my son, it’s nice to have some time to myself to take care of myself. It really helps ease my anxiety and puts me to sleep quickly.”

The fashion designer exclusively told DailyMail.com in August that she’s lost 15 pounds this summer by returning to her favorite workout: yoga.

The star has been training in the gym for the last few years but hasn’t really had the drive to train as hard as possible.

“I love the gym but sometimes you get tired of the environment, sometimes you slow down,” she told DailyMail.com.

“The weight went up because I wasn’t inspired.” Then a friend told me to do the workout, which I really love. And that’s why I came back to yoga.’

The star loves to pose for sun salutations by her swimming pool at her Calabasas home, which she shares with musician fiancé Jeff Phillips and son Hendrix.

“I love yoga because it’s a physical way to keep my mind in check,” she also shared.

“It really puts me at ease!” And I need it because my clothing line at Nordstrom is selling so well that it keeps me very busy.

“Yoga really teaches me to hold on and let go, to give and to receive,” the siren said.

She also said she enjoys designing clothes because it’s fun “to create something from nothing.”

“It takes focus and the ability to let go.” I love to explore every area of my soul, almost as if I’m rediscovering myself for the first time. “A dual reality at the heart of the artist – the here and now and a fantasy world,” she remarked.

And she also said: ‘Everything is a balancing act, a give and take in life.’ And there is no judgement.’
