- Nancy Pelosi is babysitting because she ‘don’t dare leave the Democrats alone’
Alarmist Jamaal Bowman as a firefighter, Nancy Pelosi as a Democratic “babysitter,” and Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries as a “medieval border wall” that allows migrants to “overrun NYC.”
If you want to dress up as a Democrat for Halloween, these are the scariest outfits Republicans say you should choose to really scare your friends.
The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) will release the new meme spirit Halloween costumes on Friday, first shared with DailyMail.com.
The outfits are “all tricks and no treats” as none of them “can hide the dangerous agenda of the extreme Democrats in the House of Representatives.”
Republicans debuted their Democratic-themed Halloween costumes on Friday, including dressing up as “Hakeem Jeffries” babysitter Nancy Pelosi
The Hakeem Jeffries are equipping their “medieval border wall” – which, according to the Republican, “enables migrants to overrun New York.”
“Dressing up Halloween as one of the scariest creatures in Washington DC will only add to the horror of Bidenomics,” NRCC spokesman Will Reinert said in a statement.
The Pelosi costume reads: “Staying in Congress another term because she doesn’t trust Jeffries alone, holds Jeffries’ hand at fundraisers and is the reason Democrats join in.”
Another is Jeffries as a “medieval border wall.” “Claims border wall is ineffective, allows migrants to overrun NYC, ignores Biden’s rebuilding the wall.”
Another costume features Jamaal Bowman dressed as a firefighter, in reference to his having pulled the fire alarm, and Democratic Rep. Jeff Jackson of North Carolina as a TikToker, in reference to his 2.4 million followers on the platform has become a tech bogeyman among conservatives over its ties to China.
Another is Rep. Jahana Hayes, D-Conn., dressed as “Jonah” — the name President Biden mistakenly called her during the White House speech in April. The costume is “involved in Twitter fights with staff, votes with Biden 99% of the time, Biden still doesn’t know ‘Jonah’s’ name.”
And another costume is Rep. Gabe Vasquez dressed as a “Defund the Police” protester. The Democrat from New Mexico. ran for Congress as a moderate candidate and deleted tweets from 2020 that said, “The tip of the spear of a white supremacist system ends in state-sanctioned, cold-blooded murder of Black people.”
Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman is a firefighter this year — after he was criminally charged and found guilty of pulling a fire alarm during crucial votes at a Capitol Hill office building
“There is so much to destroy, to dismantle this system and to shift power structures to fundamentally change this country. That’s why the cars and buildings are burning,” Vasquez previously wrote.
One is Rep. Vicente Gonzales, D-Texas, dressed as a “Twitter Bird.” “Too sensitive, posts sexist comments toward other members of Congress, and can’t follow through on his fundraising goals.”
Gonzales said in a 2022 clip about then-newly elected Rep. Mayra Flores, R-Texas: “We’re going to push back on these outside resources that come here and pick a candidate, a hand-picked candidate, who can’t think for themselves.” “She can’t speak for yourself, cannot act for yourself, cannot choose for yourself.”
Another is Dave Min, a California Democrat running to replace Rep. Katie Porter. Min is a driving instructor in costume. “Runs a red light and gets DUI, gets pulled over in the government car and says ‘shit man’ to the officer,” the costume reads.
Min was arrested in August and charged with drunk driving. On a breathalyzer test he exceeded 0.15, almost twice the legal limit. Police body camera footage showed him saying of the results: “I couldn’t believe it, man.”
The NRCC, the campaign arm of the Republicans in the House of Representatives, is working aggressively to maintain and expand the narrow four-seat majority in the House of Representatives. Earlier this year they released 37 target spots, many of which were part of the costumes they were displaying.
