FIFA 23 83+ x3 Defenders Upgrade SBC is now live as players can save another special pack to open during the upcoming Team of the Year promotion.

Team of the Year is the most popular FIFA Ultimate Team event of each game cycle, awarding special items with big boosts to the best performing players of the past year. EA Sports releases articles in separate periods before including the entire team in packs. Attackers, midfielders, defenders and the goalkeeper are all in packs at individual times.

Therefore, EA Sports only releases certain packs like Attacker or Midfielder for players to open when only that specific TOTY player type is included in packs.

How to complete the FIFA 23 83+ x3 Defenders Upgrade SBC:

Similar to the Attacker and Midfielder SBCs also released on January 18th, the 83+ x3 Defender Upgrade SBC is repeatable three times before expiring in one day. The pack contains players whose base position is GK, LB, RB, LWB, RWB or CB. Each player included in the pack has a rating of 83 or higher. Players can of course open the pack at any time, but it is recommended to keep it until either the TOTY defenders are available in packs, be it alone or together with the whole team. Make sure whether these items are in packs or not before opening the packs.

FIFA 23 Team of the Year starts on January 20th.
