Rachel shared two separate clips about the groundbreaking move, both of which have been viewed more than 20,000 times.
In the first, the fitness guru can be seen in a gray sports bra and black cycling shorts while demonstrating the exercise.
She adopts the reverse plank position – keeping her arms straight and in line with her shoulders while maintaining a tight stomach.
Rachel then looks at the ceiling before raising one knee to her chest.
She slowly returns to her original position before repeating the exercise on her other leg.
However, the studio visitor did not specify the optimal number of repetitions or sets.
She uploaded the clip alongside a caption that read, “May look silly but seriously that good.”
In her follow-up video, Rachel introduces the move by saying, “It’s spring break, it’s almost summer, what are we doing to get rid of the gas?

Rachel, who has an enviable physique, has branded the move “the exercise that changed everything.”

She then introduces the move as what will “replace your crunches” before demonstrating the move again.
