Kayla Itsines has welcomed her second child, a baby boy named Jax.

The fitness queen, whose son is her first child with fiancé Jae Woodroffe, announced the good news on Instagram alongside intimate pictures of the birth.

“Words absolutely cannot describe this feeling. We are SO HAPPY NOW,” she wrote in her caption.

“We went to the hospital around 6:30 am on January 5th. He was born at 8:45 a.m. and weighed 3.5 kg (7.72 pounds),” she added.

“Most amazingly, when it came out of nowhere on a completely random playlist that the hospital was playing, Jae’s father’s funeral song started playing over the speakers.

The 31-year-old and her fiancé made their way to the hospital, where Kayla was undergoing a planned cesarean birth.
