Fortnite Creative 2.0 Dominion Map

Deserted: Domination, a map in Fortnite Creative 2.0, introduces domination to the battle royale title.

Unreal Editor for Fortnite allows players to create maps in unique environments such as deserts, spaceships and fantastic forests. Each map also contains a mini-game for players to complete. While some experiences take players on chilled quests, other players drop players into a war zone.

The most action-packed map right now is Deserted: Domination, an 8v8 domination-style game. For a Call of Duty x Fortnite crossover, players can forgo the nostalgia of the OG Chapter 1 map and instead dive into something entirely new.

Here’s a breakdown of the Domination map Fortnite Creative 2.0 is taking on.

Inspired by Call of Duty’s Domination mode, Epic Labs developed Deserted: Domination in UEFN. The map is split into three zones, A, B and C, across a rustic wasteland. Players can earn points by capturing the zones or earning eliminations.

The 8v8 game ends once one team has won five rounds. Rounds are won by reaching the target score within the time limit.

Various weapon loadouts are available to players throughout the game, mixing the Call of Duty gameplay with the Fortnite meta. To try out the new map, go to the Island Code section and enter Deserted: Domination’s specific code, 8035-1519-2959.
