Fortnite Family Guy skin in development according to leaks

Leakers have identified a possible Family Guy skin codenamed “FrenchFry” in the works for Fortnite.

It’s been a while since we’ve seen a truly bizarre skin in Fortnite. While Chapter 4 Season 1 has already primed Witcher protagonist Geralt of Rivia for entry into the battle royale, his inclusion isn’t too far-fetched. Especially since Fortnite has a number of iconic video game hero skins, including the Lieks of Aloy from Horizon, Master Chief from Halo, and Kratos from God of War to name a few.

But when it comes to cartoons, there’s something about them walking around the Fortnite island with an SMG that just feels… weird. Aside from a new anime collaboration (Naruto, Dragon Ball, My Hero Academia), the most popular Fortnite comic crossover was Rick and Morty.

Players could get their hands on skins of Rick Sanchez, Mecha Morty, and even Mr. Meeseeks. But it looks like something even weirder might be heading to Fortnite.

According to Fortnite leakers FNAssist and GMatrixGamesa sprite sheet used for upcoming cartoon and anime collaborations was leaked in February 2021. It featured a number of collaborations prior to its release, including Doom Slayer and Indiana Jones.

Epic Games has reportedly been working on a Family Guy collaboration since 2021, codenamed “FrenchFry,” which appeared in the listing.

According to FNAssist, “Epic appears to be working on a FrenchFry Male skin (Peter Griffin?) + Family Guy is the only remaining collaboration from the UE trailer leak.”

GMatrixGames revealed that a new cosmetic ID named “CID_TBD_Athena_Commando_M_FrenchFry” has surfaced.

Epic Games has yet to confirm if a Family Guy collaboration is on the way, but if it is, Peter Griffin would be the most likely character to be included in Fortnite. Development is always subject to change, so these leaks are no guarantee that the collaboration will see the light of day. Fortnite Family Guy skin in development according to leaks
