Fortnite x Dead Space crossover set for mid-January, according to leaks

New rumors are swirling about Fortnite’s next crossover, this time featuring EA survival horror game Dead Space.
The upcoming Dead Space remake is set to be released on January 27th, and what better way to push the promotion than to have a crossover with one of the biggest games in the world. Fortnite has seen its fair share of gaming collaborations in the past, with characters like Master Chief, Marcus Fenix and more joining their Gaming Legends cosmetic line.
According to Insider Gaming, Dead Space is the next franchise to get the Fortnite treatment, with their sources claiming we could see the collaboration debut on January 23rd.
What to expect in tomorrow’s update:
– Dead Space collaboration if the leak is correct
– Rift Warden Stellan skin
– Encrypted crew skin
– New weekly quests
– Doom Slayer Midseason Drop
– Information for the next content updates
– *MAYBE* concert merchandise for The Kid Laroi
– And even more! pic.twitter.com/vSivvVObgd— Shiina (@ShiinaBR) January 16, 2023
Sources haven’t verified what the collaboration will entail, although previous additions to the Gaming Legends series have mostly featured a themed outfit and other cosmetics. The collaboration is said to start before the release of the Dead Space remake.
This collaboration, if true, could be the first of many major crossovers set to hit Fortnite in 2023. Previous leaks have suggested other crossovers are in the works, including starring LEGO, Doctor Who and even Family Guy.
Epic Games has yet to confirm any of these leaks or collaborations, meaning there’s no guarantee they’ll come to light.
