Four Nashville police officers have been fired for having sex with an on-duty officer, also fired — three others have been suspended

Four police officers from La Vergne, a Nashville suburb, have been fired for allegedly having sex on duty with a policewoman who was also fired and accused of removing her top at what the local mayor called “Girls Gone Wild.” to have.

Patrol officer Maegan Hall of the La Vergne Police Department is at the forefront of investigations after it was revealed in December that she “had had a sexual relationship” with at least four male officers.

Fellow Patrol Officers Juan Lugo-Perez, Lewis Powell, Detective Seneca Shields and Sgt. Henry Ty McGowan admitted to the allegations, according to the report, with Shields claiming he performed oral sex on duty with Hall at the department’s gym.

Hall, who is married, is also accused of baring her chest while at a steamy Memorial Day “family” boat party with suspended patrolman Patrick Magliocco and colleagues David Durham and Eric Staats.

“Magliocco said that Staats, himself, Durham and Hall were in the hot tub when Hall’s top came off” before the two went to the bathroom to have sex, the report said.

K-9 officer Larry Holladay and patrolman Gavin Schoeberl were also suspended and charged with sexual harassment after exchanging sexual images with Hall.

The whirlpool party, which was also attended by several of the male officers’ wives, was hosted on Staats’ boat, where Magliocco was seen pouring vodka down Hall’s throat just before she removed her top.

The report said, “Hall’s top came off and Staats helped put it back on because “he was trying to protect her.”

Hall then pulled Magliocco into the toilet and asked if he “wanted to fuck” and later gave him oral sex as they got off the boat.

Hall has been open about her relationships with the other officers, once bragging to Magliocco about Officer Powell’s D*** after she performed oral sex on him on duty, according to the report.

Durham and Staats claim they have no improper relationship with Hall.

Powell, who is married, initially denied having a sexual relationship with Hall on several occasions, claiming that “everyone knows she has multiple partners.” He later confessed.

Lewis Powell was also fired after he denied being sexually involved with Powell. Investigators were told that Hall performed oral sex on him while on duty. He later admitted the allegations

Magilocco told investigators Dec. 13 that he and his wife have been in an open relationship with Hall since the spring of 2022.

He revealed that Hall’s husband walked in on her and his wife one day and wasn’t involved in the open relationship.

“At a party, Hall and Magliocco’s wife started kissing and Hall’s husband came into the room looking upset,” the report said.

Hall appeared to keep her sexual relations a secret from her husband and asked other officials to borrow money to book hotels.

Magilocco told investigators he was concerned for Hall’s mental health because she was heavily intoxicated at his house party in early December and drove home “drunk.”

“Hall expressed “harmful thoughts” and repeatedly said that she should not be alone,” the report reads.

Magilocco reported his concerns to the department on December 8.

Hall told Officer Holladay, who was suspended for sending explicit images, that she was having “bad days”.

Holladay told investigators that he once invited Hall and other officers over to his home to watch football and there was “heavy drinking”.

“Holladay reported that a threesome was being discussed with him, Hall and Holladay’s ex,” the report said. “Holladay reported that nothing happened at the party.”

The officer admitted to having a sexual relationship with Hall and meeting her in hotel rooms for sex. Their last meeting was in mid-November.

Before Hall was officially enlisted with the force, she had met with her husband and another woman at Officer McGowan’s home.

At the time, Hall was a contestant and had undressed with the other woman.

“Hall’s husband was upset,” the report said. “During that visit, McGowan admitted to taking his penis out and taking a picture of it with Hall in the room. He sent the photo to Hall.”

McGowan denied having had sex with Hall but revealed explicit photos and videos he received of her.

Another employee revealed that McGowan approached her on duty and choked her.

He was fired amid allegations of sexual engagement and workplace violence.

She later backed down and confessed to Magliocco but denied dating his wife.

“Magliocco had talked about having a threesome with Magliocco’s wife; However, nothing has ever happened on this issue,” the report said.

Hall also confirmed that she had sexual relations with Lugo-Perez and Powell.

Lugo-Perez initially denied the claims to investigators, but later admitted he had sex with Hall at Go Cart USA in Murfreesboro. He also confessed to sending and receiving nude photos with Hall.

Hall confessed to an ongoing relationship with McGowan despite his rejection and rejection.

‘Hall confirmed that she had sex with McGowan twice, most recently [December 4] at his home in La Vergne,” the report reads. ‘Room [said] that she and McGowan “were forever close and he once told her to use me if she ever wanted to have sex”. Hall confirmed that she and McGowan would be sending files back and forth.

It’s unclear if any of the officers will appeal.
