Gemma sported a glamorous makeup look with a nude lip while styling her brunette tresses in a slick back bun.

The beauty was handpicked by the online retail giant after a series of meetings in Manchester this month with founder Umar Kamani, 34, and his close-knit team.

Michael Owen’s daughter Gemma is expected to become the richest Love Island contestant of all time, eclipsing 2019 Islander Molly-Mae Hague, 23, by signing with the global fashion site.

Gemma told MailOnline: “This is really a dream come true for me.

“The team has been fantastic and I’m excited to get to work and start designing some collections for you all.”

Gemma is the first British brand ambassador for PrettyLittleThing since they signed Love Island 2019 runner-up Molly-Mae, who is estimated to be worth a staggering £4.5million.

In August last year, Molly, who has a whopping 6.4 million Instagram followers, became the retailer’s creative director.

Gemma’s year-long partnership with PLT will see the ITV2 star launch her own collections and create content for the brand’s YouTube, Instagram and TikTok channels.

She will also help the brand launch its new platform, PLT Marketplace, where customers can resell clothes in a spirit of improved sustainability.

Gemma is already the owner of OG Swimwear, which she launched before starring on the dating show this summer.

The international dressage star, who competed for Great Britain, finished second in the Love Island final with Luca Bish, 23, a fishmonger from Brighton.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti, both 27, who received 63.7 per cent of the public vote, beat her for the £50,000 cash prize.
