Genshin Impact Test of Courage Quest Guide

The featured event of the upcoming Genshin Impact update, Akitsu Kimodameshi, is here. Along the way, there will be multiple opportunities to earn Primogems and more – but first, players wishing to participate must complete the new Dare.

Similar to previous events, there are some requirements to participate in Akitsu Kimodameshi. To begin, you must have completed Chapter 2, Act I, Ritou’s Escape Plan, and be Adventure Rank 30 or higher.

In order to begin the Dare portion of Akitsu Kimodameshi, you must also complete the first act of Inazuma’s Archon quest.

To activate the Dare, go to the Kamisato Manor in the Yashiro Commission and talk to Ayato about the Dare. From there, the steps to complete the Dare are as follows:

The entire quest takes place here and the location of the dare is marked on the map.

You can work with either Ayaka, Gorou, or Kazuha. This selection does not affect the outcome of the test, but the dialog will vary throughout depending on who you select.

Your first objective will be to find Dango Milk, which you can find by following the wooden signs along the path. Once you reach a fork in the road with three different signs, take the left path. You will then reach an area with a small shrine where the Dango Milk can be found.

Itto will enlist your help to scare your friends. After helping him, you must follow everyone who runs away.

Once your interaction with Itto is complete, Heizou will appear to tell you about Akitsu Kimodameshi’s next game, Akitsu Yuugei. After that, the dare will be marked as complete and you will receive 30 Primogems, 20,000 Mora, 2 Hero’s Wit and 4 Mystic Enhancement Ore.

Akitsu Kimodameshi will unfold over the next month, so no events beyond Dare are available yet. The celebrations will end on January 2nd, leaving plenty of time to complete the requirements and participate in the currently available events. Genshin Impact Test of Courage Quest Guide
