As Ladies’ Day kicked off in Chester today, glamorous racegoers made sure they pulled out all the stops as they went head-to-head in the battle for Best Dressed.
The racetrack was transformed into a sea of colors with bright dresses, fascinators and high heels and the guests showed their fashion skills in high hems and deep ensembles.
With a selection of bright dresses, combinations and overalls, elegant night owls outfitted with eye-catching shoes and heels, as well as extravagant fascinators and hats.

Winning Post and County Long Room and Concourse cases suggest a “dress to impress” mentality, recommending clutch bags, fascinators and mix-and-match color schemes.
The Tattersalls enclosure encourages guests to make a statement with their outfits, listing jumpsuits and tailored shorts, maxi dresses, and headbands and hair accessories as strong choices.
The most casual stalls are the Dee and Open Course, where relaxed sundresses, shorts and t-shirts and sunglasses are welcome.
