Happy hangover! Revellers wake up with some VERY sore heads after hitting the town on NYE
Brits across the country are nursing sore heads this morning after seeing out 2022 with a bang last night.
Revellers from Edinburgh to London braved wet and windy conditions to ring in 2023 in the first fully free New Year’s Eve celebrations since the Covid-19 pandemic.
Women were pictured covering their heads with handbags and blazers as they ran from bar to bar amid the rain in Leeds, Newcastle, Cardiff, Nottingham and elsewhere.
Some were later seen being given piggybacks by their friends after dancing the night away in their high heels.
