The Strictly Come Dancing star proved unflappably classy – as she has been throughout the ordeal – posting a black and white snap of herself to Instagram as she introduced herself to the upcoming New Year.

Helen shared a photo of herself smiling during a former Strictly rehearsal and wrote: “Hey 2023…that’s me. Never complain. Never explain. Just go on.’
The dignified Countryfile host also thanked her professional dance partner Gorka Marquez for the snap, noting that he’s “everyone’s social media content man.”
