YouTuber KSI has given fans a grand tour of his new three-storey £10million ‘dream home’ in London.

The 90-minute documentary accompanies the 29-year-old, whose real name is Olajide William Olatunji, over a year.

During the tell-all show, “KSI: In Real Life” showed “JJ” his new block and said, “See, different. Different, now I’m alive. Now I am KSI.

“Welcome to my humble abode, man. Cost me over ten million. Obviously the bank hurts a little.’

He showed off his bedroom, which he likes to call “the palace,” and several guest rooms and bathrooms.

“Another bathroom, just like that. Oh, this one has a shower too, I wasn’t aware of that! I never checked that side of the door,” KSI continued.

He only looked at the house once before buying it and later showed his stunned father Jide around.

KSI said, “I saw it once, this is it. Yes, I’ve only seen it once. I was watching videos so it reminded me of that and I was like, ‘Oh wow, that’s sick.’

“But I’ve only been there once and that’s all I needed. I saw it once and thought yes, this is it. That’s the one.’

“This is my dream house, man. In London, dream home in London,” he added.

KSI moved into a £4.5million mansion in 2016 with three of his close friends, who were all part of a group of YouTubers dubbed ‘The Sidemen’.

The luxury property featured six en-suite bedrooms, a cinema, gym, large indoor pool and sauna.

The group also had 24-hour security to guard the property. They all moved out of the house in December 2021.

He is reportedly making £2.9 million ($4.5 million) a year from his work on YouTube.

His pay fluctuates as he is paid based on his activity, sponsorships and advertising revenue and not a salary from the video hosting site.

Forbes ranked KSI #5 on its 2015 list of “The Highest Paid YouTube Stars Alive,” but has since been overtaken by Paul brothers Logan and Jake.

And the British YouTuber isn’t shy about flaunting his wealth.

“JJ” paid £388,000 (US$500,000) for a one-of-a-kind diamond encrusted necklace modeled after the Dragon Ball Z character “Beerus”.

KSI also shed light on how much money YouTubers could actually make if successful after taking on a 2014 Lamborghini Aventador.

It comes after KSI revealed he hid from his parents in the toilets for over an hour to avoid sharing his exam results with them.

The Youtuber, rapper and boxer was afraid of their reaction for sacrificing so much to send him to a private school.

When he finally told them about his AS levels C, D, F and U, his father Jide buried his head in his hands while his mother Yinka smashed glasses in the kitchen.

KSI – whose parents took on debt and more work to send him to the independent Berkhamsted School in Hertfordshire – said the revelation of his poor grades was “terrifying” and “traumatic”.

KSI, real name Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, told the Headliners podcast, “When I failed my (exams) I was scared, oh my god.

“We were in Portugal, I was in the toilet for about an hour and a half [because] I had received a text message from my teacher sending me the grades I had received for my AS levels.

“I didn’t even do the whole high school diploma, I just did AS.

“And it was like C, D, F and U, and I was just scared, I was like, ‘How am I going to show this to my parents?’ You put so much time, money and effort into getting me into a private school.

“We were in so much debt because they were trying to get me into private school and they were hoping I would become a lawyer, doctor, etc.

“So when I came up to them and said, ‘I failed,’ it was traumatic.

“I ended up telling them my grades and my dad’s head was in his arms, he was just so disappointed, my mom was screaming, she was breaking glasses in the kitchen.”
