How to change ping color in Warzone 2

Players can gain an advantage in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 by changing their ping color.

Warzone 2 players use pings to communicate effectively with their teammates in the battle royale game. Pings can mark an enemy team, a POI, or fresh loot. The feature is the best way to let your teammates know the exact location of a specific objective in the game.

By default, Warzone 2 has a player’s ping set to white, which is difficult to see on Al Mazrah. Here’s a breakdown of how to change your ping color.

Changing your ping color in Warzone 2 is pretty easy. Follow these steps to get rid of white pings:

  1. Launch the settings menu in Warzone 2.
  2. Switch to the Interface tab.
  3. Choose Color Matching.
  4. Under Interface Element Colors, scroll down to Neutral, where the color bar is white.
  5. Change the color according to your personal preference.

Players should opt for a light color like blue or green so their ping doesn’t blend into the Al Mazrah environment. From marking extra tiles for a teammate to pinging a passing enemy, players increase their chances of successfully completing a task with an easily visible ping.
