Declan Rice FIFA 23 FUT Centurions SBC went live on January 13th for the launch of FUT Centurions Team 2.
FUT Centurions debuted on January 6th with promotional items in packs, objectives, SBCs and more. “Pay tribute to the players who reached the impressive milestone of 100 appearances, goals, assists and more in their illustrious career with brand new FUT Centurions. Centurions get static permanent upgrades,” EA Sports said in a FIFA 23 news screen.

Centurions Rice is a bit pricey, but it’s a decent card. He has great passing, defense and physical stats to be a quality defensive midfielder. He can only compete in CDM, which is a bit frustrating when he only has three star skill moves and a weak foot.
