I spent £10,000 on a makeover after getting too fat to see my penis

A businessman who was so overweight he found it hard to see his own penis has revealed he now feels more confident than ever after spending £10,000 on a makeover.
Andy Mills-Brown, 47, from Harpenden, Hertfordshire, says he “ate stress” to cope with the pressures of running his entertainment company TAG Live.
The entrepreneur – who hates cooking for himself – admitted he gorged himself on takeout meals and bottles of wine after work, taking his weight to a whopping 17.8lbs.
However, in October 2016, the businessman got a rude awakening in the shower when he looked down and realized he could no longer see his penis.
This and his “hanging breasts” prompted him to book £5,000 gastric banding surgery in late 2016.

Looking back on the day he realized he needed to make a lifestyle change, Andy said, “I was like, ‘Oh my god, what happened?'”
“That was the moment I thought, ‘Things have to change.’
As Andy was not eligible for a gastric band with the NHS, he began looking for private treatments.
He continued: ‘[My appearance] made me unhappy. I’m an addictive person. I couldn’t get my eating habits under control for some reason.
“It was stress eating. “I love my job, I’m very passionate and dedicated, food was my favorite thing.”
Andy says he’s a bad cook and knew he wouldn’t lose the weight on his own.
So he immediately decided to have a private gastric band and lost an incredible 7.5 kilograms.
The boss was thrilled with the results and marveled at how much “bigger” his manhood looked.

Following the success of his gastric band, Andy considered other surgeries to further enhance his slim appearance, including having 26 dental veneers fitted in Turkey

He also got a scalp tattoo to give the impression of a freshly shaven head and even spent £4,500 on a hair collection
He said, “It was the best thing I’ve ever done for my confidence.” It cost me a fortune to change my entire wardrobe, but it was perfect for me and I haven’t gained or lost 3 pounds since that day .
“After the surgery I could see my penis again and it looked a lot bigger.” I thought that was great – it was great for my ego. “My penis is actually quite well proportioned, which made me very happy.”
In just six months, Andy has lost an incredible seven pounds, is now down to just 10.7 pounds and has slipped into 32-inch waist pants.
After the success of his gastric band, Andy considered other procedures to further boost his confidence.
Since then, Andy has had 26 veneers, a scalp tattoo, and gynecomastia surgery — also known as a breast reduction.

He traveled to Turkey in December 2017 and December 2019 to have the procedures performed.
Andy also noticed that his hairline was receding, so he looked into getting hairpieces before buying a full grown wig.
Eventually he had his scalp tattooed to give the impression of a freshly shaven head and even spent £4,500 on a hair collection.
He continued, “When you have teeth from Turkey, botox, a clip-on wig and tattooed hair, is it about how you look on the outside or how does it make you feel?”
“I often wear a men’s wig. Women have always worn wigs, why can’t men do the same? Some men have hairpieces, but I have a full wig.
“I wore hairpieces in 2016, it was just a stick-on piece. You styled it, it looked amazing and then when I moved to Florida it was hot as hell.
“I decided to shave my hair off completely and then get it tattooed to make it look like I have a shaved head.”
“I lived bald for two years, but there were red carpet events that I really wanted hair for.”

“I went to my barber who did my system and said, ‘Have you ever done a full wig for a man?'”
“He said ‘never’ and I said I want you to have one. He planned and executed everything and it came and I had it fitted and I wear it every three months.
Still, Andy is proud of his new look and doesn’t care what people say about it.
He said, “I guess for me that’s what I want to do and if you don’t like it then that’s it.”
“When I shared pictures on Instagram, it kind of sparked because people were like, ‘Oh, you’re pretty brave to say that.'”
I didn’t really answer, I just have hair, women have been doing extensions and wigs for ages. Why can’t men just let their hair up one day and not the next?
“I do it actively all the time and people love it.”
Now that he’s committed to cosmetic treatment, Andy says he won’t be slowing down any time soon.
He admits he dyed his beard to match his wigs and used Botox “for religious reasons,” and says the cosmetic grooming makes him feel “authentic and happy.”
He explained, “Doing all of that makes me feel authentic and happy.” I think half of a person’s problem in the entertainment world is knowing how to put together a show.
“Sometimes you do a show for so long you forget who you really are.”
“So when you can do things mentally or physically that make you happy, you get more in touch with who you really are.”
“It makes me appear more authentic in my work and also in my private life.”
“I interact with people on a much more holistic level because you’d be surprised how many people would want to talk to me about my gastric band or want one, weight loss, botox or hairpieces.”
“To those who think it’s reckless, I’d say don’t do it.” Life is that simple.
“You don’t have to agree with everything, but you don’t have to agree with everything either.”
“It’s a bit like the LGBTQI+ community, you just let people live with you.” If you don’t want to do it, don’t do it, but don’t be unhappy with people who do, either.
