Iggy Azalea looks sensational as she heads out to the NBA game in Miami

Iggy Azalea has always been open to going under the knife to achieve her stunning looks.

So it’s no surprise that the Australian rapper looked picture perfect as she headed to an NBA game in Miami on Sunday.

It was the 32-year-old’s first public appearance since she was bedridden for almost a month following a back injury sustained on tour.

Despite her health struggles, the hitmaker beamed as she laughed and smiled on the sidelines.

Iggy has undergone a number of procedures over the years, from a nose job and breast augmentation to an alleged chin implant.

Recent photos of the Grammy nominees show a very different person to the Mullumbimby-born beauty, who first burst onto the hip-hop scene in 2012.

In pictures taken when Iggy was in her early 20s, she has noticeably thinner lips, a bigger nose and a flatter chest.

She worked closely with famed plastic surgeon Dr. Ashkan Ghavami together to achieve her stunning looks.

In 2016, the rapper Sally Walker thanked Dr. Ghavami for her “fabulous nose and breasts”.

dr Speaking to People magazine at the time about Iggy’s transformation, Ghavami said he wanted to make sure her looks weren’t “too flashy”.

“Her boobs were super small and super wide apart, so I wanted to bring her to the center and give her a lot more cleavage but not go too big where it looks obvious,” he explained.

‘If you have small breasts and you have thin skin over them, they’ll look like eggs if you get too big, so I wanted to create as natural a shape as possible, but give her enough size to proportion her tall, broad-hipped body,’ he continued.

“I wanted to balance them without making them look top-heavy or getting in the way of dancing.”

But there was a major problem with the operation: Iggy was scheduled to perform with Jennifer Lopez at the American Music Awards just four days after going under the knife.

“I’m doing a flash recovery breast augmentation,” said Dr. Ghavami and explained that the process was quick.

“There is no bleeding, no bruising. I don’t insert drains, I don’t wrap you tightly. You can raise your arms right away and all we give you is Motrin. She was really excited about that aspect.”

When it came to Iggy’s nose, Dr. Ghavami said it has a “really odd shape” and he had to work very carefully to reshape the tip and reduce a hump.

“I had to do a lot of tip sculpting to narrow and refine her tip without making it look ‘finished’,” he said.

Iggy has openly admitted to going under the knife, previously telling Elle Canada: “That’s just the reality. And I think more people need to admit that so it doesn’t have to be so taboo – because we all do it anyway.

Despite getting a nose and boob job, Iggy has never admitted to enhancing her famously luscious butt.

‘No, I don’t have butt implants!’ she told Stav, Abby & Matt of hit105 in 2017.

Iggy previously spoke to Sway Calloway on Sway in the Morning and said: “Of course the butt is mine.

“I heard it’s not real butt, I heard it’s a bunch of things. I heard sometimes it’s my panties. I heard it’s implants. All sorts of crazy things.’
