Madison said negative effects of flying included: “Dehydration, which affects overall skin health.” “When my skin is dry, I’m more prone to breakouts, fine lines, and dark circles.”

She explained that to combat these effects, she makes sure to stay extremely hydrated and even wears a mask when in the air.

“I always drink plenty of water with electrolytes on the flight and moisturize my skin with a hydrating mask,” she told DailyMail.com

And because flying dries out your skin and makes it more prone to breakouts, Madison even has a tip for those who want to get rid of their blemishes on the plane.
