I’m a personal trainer and I swear by this $7 cheap and delicious Woolworths snack for quick fat loss

A health and fitness fanatic has shared his favorite Woolworths snack – and claims it’s perfect for losing weight.

Fitness trainer Matt West raved about Chan’s Yum Cha Pork and Chive Gyozas for $7, saying they were high in protein and low in calories.

The delicious dumplings have become so popular that Matt struggled to find them on Woolies shelves, but he was impressed that he was finally able to cook and try them.

“If your goal is to lose fat and you love snacks, this might be my best find yet, but it turns out they’re not that easy to find,” Matt said in an online post Video.

“They’re definitely not in the frozen section, I literally had to get six people to help me find them and it turns out they’re in the back anyway, not even on the shelf, buddy.”

An employee eventually found some of the gyozas for Matt and said they were usually in the fridge with the fresh noodles.

He said the pork gyozas were “very low in calories” and contained 2.8 grams of protein each.

“You can get the whole package for just 320 calories and they have 28 grams of protein,” Matt explained.

“They’re $6.95, which is pretty darn good in my opinion. “If they were ever on sale, I’d knock an old lady over to get them, I’ll tell you that.”

Matt prepared the dumpling two different ways. He steamed five of them and put the other five in the air fryer.

“I’ll tell you what, they’re quite a lot,” he said.

I like both on their own, but I give them an absolute 10 out of 10. You have to try these pork gyozas.”

Health-conscious foodies shared their excitement over the guilt-free snack, saying, “Take my money, I have to find these!”

‘They are delicious! “You are a point of contact for me too,” said a second.

“I’m running to Woolworths as we speak!!” a third added and a fourth suggested: “Fry on the flat side for a minute and finish by steaming in the same pan. “Much better in my opinion.”
